Agreement

By using this website or the My Compound platform on behalf of a compound, developer, or management company, you agree to these terms.

If you use the platform as a resident, worker, or security user, your compound’s administrator governs access; these terms apply together with any instructions they provide.

The service

My Compound is a multi-tenant compound operations platform. It includes a resident mobile app, worker and security mobile app, and a browser-based admin builder and management dashboard.

• Modules such as visitors, service requests, amenities, payments, directory, community, and feedback can be enabled per compound.
• Features and availability may vary by configuration, plan, and enabled modules.
• We may update the platform over time; material changes to contracted service levels will be communicated through your agreement or account contacts.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate resident, unit, and operational data for your compound.
• Use notifications, visitor passes, and resident communications lawfully and in line with local regulations.
• Keep administrator credentials secure; admin sessions use an httpOnly cookie in the builder.
• Ensure staff with worker or security roles use accounts only for authorized compound operations.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, suspected abuse, security risk, or material breach of these terms or your agreement. Where practical, we will notify the compound’s designated administrators before taking action.

Commercial terms, notice periods, and liability are set in your proposal or contract. If you are evaluating the product via this website only, contact us for the applicable terms before production use.
