How bills are paid

My Compound bills are created by the compound management office. Residents can pay at the office, or online when the compound enables checkout. Online card and wallet checkout is processed in Egypt by Paymob. We do not store full card numbers.

Online payment methods

When online checkout is enabled, residents can pay with:

• Card: Visa
• Card: Mastercard
• Card: Meeza
• Instapay

Availability depends on the compound’s Paymob integrations. Methods that are not enabled for that compound do not appear at checkout.

Pay at the office

Residents can always settle a bill at the management office. Staff mark it paid in the admin workspace. Office payment does not go through Paymob.

Guarantee

If a resident is charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a bill already paid at the office, we reverse or credit that charge. Details are on the Refund & Exchange page.
