Account deletion

Overview

This page explains how to delete a My Compound user account. Deletion removes your user profile and personal data associated with that account from our servers, subject to legal or operational retention noted in our Privacy notice.

Delete in the mobile app

Residents, workers, and security users can delete their own accounts inside the My Compound mobile app:

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted. This requests deletion of your account and associated data handled by the deletion flow; some records may be retained for the reasons described in our Privacy notice.

Administrator accounts

Compound admin and platform super_admin accounts cannot self-delete in the app. This protects shared compound content and administrative access. To request deletion or transfer of an admin account, contact us with the compound name, account phone number, and your authority to act for the compound.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the address you used for the demo request, or include your registered phone number and compound name so we can verify ownership. We will process verified deletion requests using the contact details below. [email protected]
